By downloading, installing, or using openzca ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Description of Software
openzca is an open-source command-line interface (CLI) tool built on the publicly available zca-js library. It is provided for educational purposes, personal research, and legitimate personal automation only.
3. No Affiliation
openzca is an independent, unofficial, third-party project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Zalo or VNG Corporation in any way. "Zalo" is a registered trademark of VNG Corporation.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service, including Zalo's Terms of Service.
- Any consequences arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to account restrictions or suspensions.
- Keeping your credentials and authentication data secure.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Software to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) or bulk messages.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of any messaging platform.
- Collect or harvest personal data without proper consent.
6. Third-Party Services
The Software interacts with third-party services (such as Zalo) that are governed by their own terms. Using automation tools may violate these services' terms and could result in account restrictions. You acknowledge this risk and accept full responsibility.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors, contributors, or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
